Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Overview
At Sheraton Textiles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It is returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is included.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in original condition, or with missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after the 30-day period
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Customer error (e.g. wrong item ordered): the customer is responsible for courier costs to return the item(s) to our warehouse.
- Sheraton Textiles error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item sent): we will arrange and cover the cost of collection and redelivery within 3–5 working days of the logged query.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@sheratontextiles.co.za before sending it to us.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
